Orders placed and paid for by 12:00 on Friday are normally processed for delivery the following Wednesday or Thursday. Orders received after the Friday cut-off will be processed the following week.

Pasture-raised means the cattle are raised on pasture throughout their lives rather than in a conventional feedlot environment. No growth hormones or routine antibiotics are used. If an animal becomes sick and requires antibiotics, it is treated and quarantined until it has fully recovered before returning to the herd.

We carefully select the products we sell and work closely with our suppliers to understand the ingredients they use. Our aim is to offer honest, high-quality food made with ingredients that meet our standards. For example, we will not stock products made with vegetable oils; where oil is used, we look for products made with olive oil instead. If a product does not meet our standards, we would rather not sell it.

Our beef is Halal certified. Not all products sold by Gourmet Butcher are Halal, so if you are unsure about a particular product, please contact us before ordering and we will gladly confirm it for you.
